Amir is an enthusiastic, dedicated and determined Team Leader/Broker with Century 21 Millennium Inc. Prior to beginning his successful career as a real estate agent, Amir was making his mark in the fast-paced and competitive sales industry. He discovered his talents in the business while working in one of Canada’s largest electronic companies, where he continuously proved his worth by being number one, and setting records for the highest sales in the country. Amir also realized he had a knack for making and maintaining genuine connections with his customers. He found sales to be more successful when he was able to connect with people on a more personal level. Taking what he had learned over his 15 year career, Amir was ready for a new challenge, and was eager to try his hand at real estate. His first mission was to sell his own home in Shelburne. By using the tools he acquired over his sales career, Amir was quick to learn and understand the competitive real estate market, resulting in the successful sale of his family home, and the purchase of his family’s new dream home. Sandra began her studies in Legal Administration and later graduated with a Law Clerk degree from Durham College. From there she went to work in a fast-paced, upscale business environment as a Real Estate Law Clerk for a number of years prior to moving to Dufferin County to raise her two daughters. She has been proud to call this lovely area her home for the last five years. She prefers working in a team environment and also has experience in managing teams in the past. She enjoys a challenging, fast-paced work environment and aspires for continuous learning and professional growth. Jess loves the feeling of taking a stressful situation and turning it into a positive experience for others. Jess values her relationships with others in the team and all clients she works with. She treats everyone with respect and enjoys making everyone feel heard and comfortable. She adores being in the great outdoors with her boyfriend and two dogs fishing, camping, hiking or just soaking up the sun. She also enjoys being creative, and loves crocheting things for herself and to gift to others (she refers to herself as an old soul). Jess makes a great Operations Manager for our team not only because of her professional drive and experience but because she also believes in and practices our team's core values in her everyday life
