7:00 a.m. - Wake up and get ready for the day.
8:00 a.m. - Head to the office to catch up on emails
9:00 a.m. - Follow up with a client to discuss exactly what they are looking for in their new home
10:00 a.m. - Join the team for a sales meeting and go over the current market and our listings/sales
12:00 p.m. - Grab a quick lunch and coffee
1:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. - Organize and print materials for a property showing
3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.- Drive out to the first showing appointment of the evening with potential buyers
5:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. - Host back-to-back showings and talk with buyers about potential offers and negotiations
8:00 p.m. - Head home for the evening!
While being a real estate agent may seem easy on the surface, it is actually a very busy job. Realtors are constantly on the go, meeting with clients and showing properties.
